Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for the guest experience will contribute to maintaining high standards of service.What you will be doing:Responsible for providing Food & Beverage service within Fairmont & Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.  Areas of responsibility will include and are not limited to the following:Adhere to daily checklist and duties assignedAssist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance and beverage serviceClear and reset tables in a timely manner while adhering to sanitation guidelines and Fairmont Kea Lani proceduresEnsure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venueDeliver food or drinks to the guest at the table according to LQA standardsCheck service stations for necessary equipment and set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on propertyActively participate in monthly departmental sales promotionsAdhere to the State of Hawaii & State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standardsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
